Here's how it works...

  • You need a minimum requirement of 20 phones to qualify for a FREE collection these can include tablets and iPads
  • Contact one of our team to arrange the collection by our secured courier company
  • The package will be collected from you, labelled and delivered to our secure facility for evaluation
  • Our qualified technicians will carry out an evaluation and guarantee data erasure on each device. On completion they will contact you with a valuation and certification
  • Once you have agree the value for the devices you will receive your certification and payment. The payment can be made back to your company or donated to a charity of your choice
  • We are confident that you will be happy with our service, however if at any point our service falls below your expectation we will return all devices FREE of charge

Maximising the revenue return on your devices

What you need to do...

  • Locked devices to iCloud or Google lock have very little value as its impossible for anyone other than the owner to have these removed so in-order to maximise your return please remove where possible
  • We strongly recommend that you securely package all devices to prevent any damage in transit to retain asset value in the equipment
  • Do not overload the box so that the sides may split
  • Do not pack the phones face to face as this can damage the screens in transit
  • Fill any empty space within the box with newspaper or bubble wrap etc
  • Please ensure all devices were possible have a back cover and battery attached to the device
Phones that hold no value and can be recycled but not paid for

‍Stolen or blocked device
‍We support and adhere to a code of practice set by the Home Office and the National Crime Unit to ensure stolen and blocked mobile phones are not recycled. IMEI number are run through CheckMEND to ensure non are sold to us. Any handsets with an adverse history will be held in quarantine for 28 days for the police or insurer to claim then destroyed.
