Regardless of what data you need to destroy we can help you. If you own a company you may have documents of employee data or customer information that has a destruction agreement; or maybe you have some old computers that might contain sensitive personal information; regardless of the reason our qualified disposal team will ensure that your data is quickly and efficiently destroyed.

During the audit stages we will assess the state of your IT equipment to judge whether or not it can be re-sold. During the testing phase the electronics will be tested to ensure that they are safe, and then a diagnostics test will take place to see if each component is working up to scratch. If the products complete these processes with positive results then we will use eradication software to ensure that all of the data is removed. Our level of Data-Wipe is to a level 3 CSGE & NATO standard.

Any assets that cannot be re-sold will be securely degaussed or destroyed before recycling procedures begin. Such data holding devices include; hard drives, CDs/DVD's, USB storage devices, mobile phones, paper documentation and tape drives. Hardware will also be to be separated and dismantled to ensure that it gets recycled efficiently.

We try to provide disposal and data destruction certificates within 72 hours of collection.

Secure Transit and Computer Disposal

We have vehicles located throughout the whole of the UK and can provide free collection. Otherwise you could choose to use our Manchester based drop off point. We can also ensure that material of an extremely sensitive nature will be secured in a lockable crate until the time of destruction. This guarantees that there will be an extra safe transit. Our vehicles even have tracking systems to further aid security.
